The City of Collinsville is seeking a full-time Water Distribution Operator. This position performs a variety of semi-skilled and/or skilled tasks and routine activities in constructing, repairing, installing and maintenance of the various systems that make up Public Works.
The primary duties include the installation, maintenance and repair of the water and sewer distribution system of the city however this position will also assist with other systems including city parks and cemetery, city facilities, streets and alleys, storm water, sanitation services, meter reading, and electric. Background check and drug screen are required.
Preferred proficiency in the use of excavators, tractors, dump trucks and other equipment but not required.
