Marvin Lee Eastin was born December 18, 1928, in Owasso, Oklahoma, to David Bell and Clara Myrtle (Beall) Eastin. He died Wednesday, January 22, 2014, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, at the age of 85 years. Marvin was married August 19, 1949, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Ann Wynell Kaemper. He spent most of his working life as a delivery supervisor with Chandler Materials Company. He was a longtime faithful member of the Owasso Church of Christ. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes including hunting and fishing, as well as yard work and gardening. Some of his favorite times were spending time boating at Lake Hudson and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Randy Eastin and Mark Eastin; daughter, Connie Wynell Nicholas; seven brothers; and four sisters.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 26, 2014, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 27, 2014, at the Owasso Church of Christ with Dan Schnell officiating. Serving as honorary casket bearers are Bruce Cash, Daniel Hardesty, Brook Cash, Jerry Eastin, Marshall Eldridge, and Gary Reeves. Committal services and interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
