On 02/06/2014, at approximately 9:36 PM, the Owasso Police Department responded to a shooting; reported in the 8300 Block of N 120 E AVE in Owasso. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim in his 30’s with multiple gunshot wounds. A suspect was identified at the scene and detectives began investigating the incident.
During the early morning hours of 02/07/2014, the suspect was placed under arrest by the Owasso Police Department for Shooting with Intent to Kill. The suspect has been identified as Thomas Anthony Cooper (age 31) of Owasso.
The identity and medical condition of the victim are not being released at this time.
