peacelilyPatricia Anne Noviski, longtime resident of Claremore, passed away Tuesday evening, March 19, 2013 at Hillcrest Hospital of Claremore. Patricia was born July 29, 1947 in Middletown, CT to Joseph and Laura (Rzasa) Dziezyk. She was raised and received her education there, graduating Middletown High School. Patricia then attended Seton Hill College in Greensburg, PA where she received her bachelor’s degree. She later attended Medical Technology School in Hartford, CT. On August 28, 1971 Patricia was united in marriage to Edward J. Noviski at Middletown. To this union, four children were born. They made their home in Middletown before moving to New Britain, CT and later to Maplewood, NJ for four years. Then it was off to Annapolis, MD for four years before moving to Evanston, WY. For the past 22 years, they have made Claremore home. Patricia was a member of Saint Henry Catholic Church in Owasso. Family was a priority in her life, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed scrapbooking and traveling with her husband Edward.
Those that survive include her husband of 41 years Edward; her father Joseph Dziezyk of Middlefield, CT; her children Edward Joseph Noviski and wife Kari of Broken Arrow, OK, Mike Noviski and wife Jesse of San Diego, CA, William Noviski and wife Crystal of Tulsa, OK and Laura Noviski of Claremore. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren. Patricia was preceded in death by her mother.
Memorial services for Patricia will be Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Henry Catholic Church, Owasso with Father Matt LaChance officiating. Her final resting place will be at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow. Memorial contributions in Patricia’s memory may be made to The American Kidney Foundation, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, Maryland 20852. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
