Knowledge is valuable. Information is helpful. Creativity and insight are the spark
of imagination. But wisdom is knowing what to do with what you know.
The practice of developing strong character is a wise investment. The Owasso Character
Council wants to recognize students with growing character and encourage them to make
their practice of character a life-long pursuit.
With that in mind, the Owasso Character Council will award at least one,
$5,000 scholarship to an eligible senior entering college next year.
