David A. Jones, Jr. was born March 3, 1940, in Geneva, PA, to David A. Jones, Sr. and Frances K. Drachslin. He passed away Thursday, December 3, 2015, in Collinsville, OK, at the age of 75 years. He will be cremated in Tulsa, OK and interred at Mound Grove Cemetery in Kansas City, MO. David graduated with the Conneaut Valley High School Class of 1958 in Conneautville, PA. After high school he attended evening classes at Penn State University in Edinboro, PA. He married Abigail E. Smith on March 29, 1961 in Shenandoah, IA. David spent most of his working life as a Tool and Cutter Grinder for Channellock and Hilti. While employed at Channellock he was member of the Steel Workers Union. He was a member of Tulsa Central Community of Christ Church. David was a passionate Cleveland Indians, Kansas City Royals, and Browns fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ronald Jones.
Memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., December 12, 2015 at Tulsa Central Community of Christ Church at 4811 So. Fulton, Tulsa, OK with Evangelist Douglas V. Stowell presiding. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society of Tulsa, 6232 E 60th St, Tulsa, OK 74135 or The Wanda and Sam Big Heart Fund, 9200 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
