Rejoice Christian Schools is excited to host a free Christian concert for the public this April. The concert begins at 7 p.m. Friday, April 26, in the RCS South Campus Gym, 12200 E. 86th St. N., and the concert is geared for students in grades sixth through 12th.
“Rejoice Christian Schools is hosting a concert featuring IIYE Record Artists Dre-B, Lyrical Miracle and Cash Holistah,” said Pat Golightly, RCS spiritual life director. “These Christian rap artists bring truth in a high-energy, fun way. The event is free to the public, with the donation of a basic school supply item. The school supplies are going to Rejoice Bilingual Academy in Africa.”
The IIYE record company aims to “empower people to invest their lives in God and expect immeasurable rewards” via their recordings and concerts.
“With the meaning of hip hop changing constantly, Lyrical Miracle has taken matters into his own hands,” according to information from the IIYE website. “He is in the game to continually put Christ in the spotlight. Using devastating punch-lines and smooth energetic delivery, he is excelling as his career continues.”
