Jennifer Blake, 23 of Owasso was arrest Friday on child endangerment charges.
Owasso police received a call of a small child in the street alone in the area of 2nd Street North and Atlanta. Two young children were found walking in the roadway without supervision.
On May 23rd, police also found one of Blake’s children outside, naked and alone. At that time she was warned of the severity of the circumstances and urged to purchase hardware which would prohibit the children from opening the door.
It is reported that when contacted inside her home and asked where her children were, she responded “they were likely outside.”
The Department of Human Services was called to the scene, and a family member took custody of the children.
