Police responded to the McDonald’s on 116th Street North Monday after they were called about a car circling the parking lot for several minutes.
Owasso Police arrested William Smith, Eric Beaty and Houston Brown.
The caller stated that Smith and Brown went in the restaurant and claimed they were looking for someone who had robbed Brown.
When Owasso Police arrived and were able to search the car they found what they believe to be marijuana and prescription pills. They also found heroin and heroin paraphernalia, a syringe and spoon with residue on Beaty.
Also in the car were children 10 , 8 and 4 years old. Officers contacted the mother to come and get them, but she stated she was in Tulsa and they had her car. Police transported the children to the station.
Police arrested all three – and all three men denied that the marijuana was theirs.
