At approximately 11:05PM on Thursday, September 1, 2016 Owasso Police Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a red Dodge Neon near 10600 Southbound US169 in Owasso for multiple traffic related violations.

The driver failed to yield to officers and began a vehicular pursuit southbound on US169 towards Tulsa.

Additional Owasso Officers were able to maneuver in front of the pursuit and deployed a tire deflation device near 5600 southbound 169 which disabled one of the vehicles tires, which kept speeds relatively low for the remainder of the pursuit, which continued southbound on 169.  The driver exited at Pine Street, winding through Tulsa Streets and neighborhoods, where Tulsa Police Department Officers were able to deploy additional tire deflation devices and disable all of the remaining tires on the vehicle.
