Contractors are beginning the second phase of the 15-16 Street Rehab Project. Starting December 27, 2016 contractors will begin work on the alley between Fosters body shop and Urban Owasso (See Map). The alley will be closed to through traffic until the project is complete which should take 45-60 days depending on weather.
