Margaret-Paul-1535368613Margaret Ann Heaps Paul, daughter of John W. Quigley and Mildred Irene Quigley, was born January 21, 1928, in Grimes, Iowa, and passed from this life Saturday, August 25, 2018, at the age of 90 years. Ann received her education in Boone, Iowa, where she graduated from Boone High School in 1946. She was united in marriage to John Henry Heaps, Jr., in 1947, and a son, Jon blessed this union. Following her husband’s passing, Ann was united in marriage to Marvin Paul on November 9, 1969.
Ann worked at General Telephone Company and Clarke County Telephone Company for a total of 10 years. She later worked as a cashier for American State Bank in Osceola, Iowa, until her final retirement. She was a member of the Osceola Country Club.
Ann lived in the Boone, Iowa, area from 1945 till 1950. And in the Osceola, Iowa, area, since 1950. She moved to Owasso, Oklahoma, in 2010 to be near her son.
Those relatives who preceded Ann in death were her parents; first husband, John H. Heaps, second husband Marvin Paul; brother, John Quigley, and sister-in-law, Rose Quigley.
Ann leaves to cherish her memory; son Jon H. Heaps and his wife Norene, of Owasso, OK; granddaughters, Lori Heaps Rossman and husband Chris, of North Platte, Nebraska, Brandi Heaps, of Kansas City, Missouri, KyLee Heaps, of Owasso, Oklahoma; great granddaughter, Montana Heaps, of Kansas City, Missouri; great grandsons, Tyrell Rossman, of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Teagan Rossman, of Brady, Nebraska; step-son, George Paul and his wife Phyllis, of Osceola, Iowa; step-son-in-law, Jerry Pierce, of Roland, Iowa, and a host of other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 30, 2018, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Mark Neumann officiating and a visitation one hour prior to service time. Ann will then be transported to Kale Funeral Home in Osceola, Iowa, for local services and interment at Maple Hill Cemetery in Osceola. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Pregnancy Resource Center of Owasso, 8361 North Owasso Expressway, Suite G, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055. Local arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
