10/30/2018 – Owasso Officers located a vehicle parked behind a fenced area of a parking lot at 711 N Atlanta with a subject identified as Mark Dean apparently sleeping in the driver’s seat.
A registration check of the license plate confirmed that the red 2013 Chevrolet Cruise had been reported stolen through the Creek Nation Lighthorse Police.
Officers made contact with Dean, who showed signs that he was under the influence of an intoxicant. Officers located a two syringes in Dean’s pocket, which he indicated he had used to inject Methamphetamine prior to contact with the officers.
A records check also revealed an outstanding warrant for Dean’s arrest (CM-2017-3336 Application to Revoke Probation). Dean was arrested and transported to the Tulsa County Jail.
