On Wednesday, October 31, reports show Owasso officers made the following arrests:

Walmart for a call of an embezzlement by employ.

Arrested was BENJAMIN RILEY MENEES, 19 of Norman.

Report shows he stole milk and energy drinks valued at $23.72 

He was transported to the Tulsa County Jail, with a bond amount of $500

Kohls Department Store  for a a shoplifting in progress.

OPD report show: Kohl’s loss prevention made a call to Owasso PD and stated they had a male subject that was selecting items to possibly steal.  A female suspect later came into the store and met up with the male suspect.  The male suspect then exited the store and got into a blue truck.  The female party then gathered the items and fled the store after the Loss Prevention staff attempted to make contact.  LP followed the female suspect out of the store and observed her to run into another store and towards the back.

When officers arrived and located LP staff they were advised of the situation and given suspect description.  Officers went into the store where the  female ran into.  Staff inside of the store advised she was hiding in the bathroom.  Officers went to the bathroom and found the suspect.  After confirming she matched the description, she was detained her and taken outside for identification by LP staff, where she was positively identified by LP staff.

Arrested was AMANDA GAIL LAWSON, 39 of Checotah.

She was then placed under arrest and transported to Tulsa County.

AMANDA GAIL LAWSON, 39 of Checotah

Owasso Officers went to a call in the 100 block of West 16th Street, to look for stolen property from a burglary in Tulsa.

Officers arrived and made contact with a subject outside the residence.  Investigations revealed the subject was in possession of a stolen vehicle reported out of Tulsa.  The subject was also in possession of a trailer that he could not provide proof of ownership on.

 MICHAEL DON WILLIAMS, 44, Owasso was arrested for Possession of Stolen Vehicle and an Outstanding Tulsa County Felony Warrant.

He was transported to the Tulsa County jail and book on the following charges:
