While speaking with the driver of the vehicle a call of an auto-burglary from a vehicle that was parked at a business came into the Owasso Police Dispatch Center. A description of the property taken in that burglary was broadcast over the police radio band. The K9 Officer immediately recognized the broadcasted property in the backseat of the vehicle he had stopped. The driver and passenger inside the suspect vehicle were detained and questioned. Additional officers canvassed the city within a few miles of the stop and observed several vehicles that were parked at businesses had been broken into and burglarized. Officers found windows had been broken out on vehicles at;
