Donna Sherril Chaney was born March 2, 1943, in McAlister, Oklahoma to John Clifford Terry and Gloria Pauline (Reeves) Terry. She was raised and educated in Norman, Oklahoma and graduated with the Norman High School Class of 1961. Donna was married in Fort Smith, Arkansas on October 20, 1963, to James Clifford Chaney. She spent most of her working life as a homemaker raising her two children, but also spent much of her life moving around with James as a military spouse. Donna enjoyed a variety of past times such as knitting and quilting, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Leonard Pirtle officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
