Joyce Ann Tosh was born May 17, 1944, in Delaware Co., Oklahoma, to Frank Wilbur Amos and Estelle Pearl Londagin Amos. She died Tuesday, July 25, 2023, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, at the age of 79 years. Joyce completed her secondary education in Colcord and graduated with the Colcord High School Class of 1962. She was married December 7, 1962, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to Jesse James “Jim” Tosh. They made their home in Owasso, Oklahoma in 1969. They Later moved to Arizona, then California and then back to Oklahoma. Joyce spent most of her professional career as a unit clerk in Arizona and California and retired from Southcrest Hospital in Tulsa. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes, but especially loved watching and spending time with her grandchildren and watching her favorite television shows Shark Tank, Everybody Loves Raymond and Reba.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Estelle, her husband, Jim, two sisters, Juanita Guss and Betty Hughes, and five brothers, Pap Amos, Harold Amos, Dannie Amos, Ira Dean Amos, and Ervin Amos.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2023, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Aaron Clemons officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Eric Jones, Todd Mangrum, Tyler Metcalfe, Spencer Jones, Gary Hughes, and Douglas Guss. Graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
