Albert “Ralph” Clark was born December 19, 1933, in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and relocated from Baltimore to Dallas, TX in 1966. Ralph worked for over 50 years in consumer product and Robotic system design for various companies: Recognition Equipment, Bendix Corp., Xerox, Meade Corp., Storage Technologies, Venture Engineering and Spectra Technologies, before retiring in 2002. During his career, Ralph was awarded two U.S. patents and held various engineering and management positions, including V.P of Engineering and V.P. of Sales and Marketing.
Ralph has been a Christian and church member for over 35 years and has taught Bible Study classes, served on church finance, budget and facility committees. Ralph and Mary were married April 28, 1989, and after Ralph’s retirement, they relocated from Dallas, TX to Claremore, OK in April, 2002. Ralph and Mary were Charter Members of Trinity Independent Christian Church, Tulsa, OK, and since May of 2013, members of Central Christian Church in Claremore.
He is survived by his wife Mary, children Denise Lindquist and husband Bill of Dallas, TX, Cindy Mistrot of Galveston, TX, Brian Clark and wife Nikki of Atlanta, GA, son-in-law, Jonathan Creel of Dallas, TX, Misty Hefley of Dallas, TX, Amber Ventris of Los Angeles, CA, Rance Ventris and wife Rebeca of Owasso, OK, sister Patricia Naumann of Westminster, MD., 19 grandchildren, 14-great-grandchildren and various nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Theresa; father, Albert; sister, Dorothy; brother, Louis; brother-in-law, Robert Naumann, and stepdaughter, Kimberly Creel.
