Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Okla. (Feb. 24, 2025) – The 138th Fighter Wing has partnered with local communities to launch a new art initiative, highlighting the deep connection between the unit and its surrounding cities. As part of this effort, the Wing unveiled the “Spirit of Owasso,” a tribute to the city’s unwavering support for service members.
This initiative serves as a token of appreciation for Owasso’s vital role in sustaining the mission of the 138th Fighter Wing. It also underscores the impact of the Wing’s service, not only within the community but across the nation.
The unveiling ceremony took place at Tulsa Air National Guard Base, celebrating the enduring partnership between the military and local communities.
