Owasso residential refuse and yard waste will be collected as usual on Labor Day, Monday, September 2, 2013.
Although this is a holiday, residents are requested to place polycarts and yardwaste bags at the curb by 7 a.m. as they would normally.
The Recycle Center will be closed for this holiday and will reopen for business on Tuesday, September 3, 2013.
