From the City of Owasso 01/18/2017
AEP-PSO has notified the City of a planned outage for power-line work at 86th and 129th on the evening of Tuesday, Jan. 24th, 2017, starting at 11:00 PM. This work will take approximately 5 hours to complete. Power should be restored around 4:00 AM, January 25th, 2017. The Public Works Department will set up a 4-way stop sign at the intersection during the outage.
AEP-PSO has a project where they plan on de-energizing a lateral to transfer a line to some new poles just south and east of the Baskin Robbins. The information we received was that the traffic signal, some street lights and businesses in the area would be affected. According to AEP-PSO, they have contacted the businesses that will be without power at that time. They did not indicate any residences being affected. If we receive any additional information, we will provide an update.
