On Friday, July 26th 2013 at about 5PM Owasso Police were called to the Municipal Sports Park, located at 10300 East 116th Street North in regards to an adult male allegedly making lewd proposals to children playing at the Funtastic Island playground.
After speaking with victims and witnesses Owasso Police Officers arrested the suspect for public intoxication. The allegations of lewd proposals to a child are still under investigation at this time.
