Answer:
There are no magic foods to increase fertility. What is most important is to develop healthy eating habits prior to conception. Enjoy plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, beans, low-fat dairy and whole grains. You should also drink plenty of water and cut back on the caffeine. If you smoke, quit. Also, limit alcohol consumption. Unhealthy eating leads to weight gain and that can certainly lead to problems with fertility.
