Jack Leroy O’Donnell III, 23 of Owasso was booked into the Tulsa Jail Monday. His bail has been set at $125,000.
Police say in May of 2014, O’Donnell was under the influence of drugs when he caused a four-vehicle crash that killed 8 year old Katelyn Chambers of Sand Spring. Katelyn’s father and brother were also injured in the four car crash on southbound HWY 169 in Owasso.
