08/09/2018 Owasso Police report at 3AM this morning, an alert resident called the police when she saw two men allegedly burglarizing her vehicle, which was parked near 15100 East 90th Place North.
Officers responded and a foot pursuit ensued with the two suspects. One of the suspects (Jones) allegedly broke into a backyard shed while trying to evade the officers.
Both men were located and quickly apprehended. They will be transported to the Rogers County Jail on the charges of Second Degree Burglary AFCF and Conspiracy.
Police say they are not believed to be the same suspects captured on the security videos images they released earlier this week and it is too early to confirm if they are associated with those suspects. Detectives are currently reviewing evidence to determine if Bruer and/or Jones can be tied to any of the other burglaries that have occurred recently in Owasso. The other cases are still under active investigation and attempts to identify the suspects shown in the security video continues.
