I am not having my period after a Mirena removal. Is this normal?
Answer:
If you are not on another form of birth control, it can take up to three months for your first menstrual cycle to occur after the Mirena has been removed. If you have not had a cycle after three months, you should contact your doctor. You should also check for pregnancy if you have been sexually active and are not using any form of birth control.
