Brittany Ann NormanBrittany Ann Norman was born August 25, 1986, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to James LeRoy and Sheila Ann Waldman Norman. She died Monday, May 13, 2019, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 32 years. Brittany completed her secondary education in Aliso Viejo, California, and graduated with the Aliso Niguel High School Class of 2004. She continued her education at the University of California Santa Barbara where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2007. Brittany worked as a community service officer with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office from 2007-2009. She returned to college at the University of Northern Kentucky where she received her Bachelor of Science in nursing. She worked as an emergency room registered nurse at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from 2011-2017. Brittany did more in her short time than most do their entire life. She loved the outdoors and never missed an opportunity for an adventure, traveling all over the world. She enjoyed all typed of water activities, as well as camping and hiking. She was an excellent student and enjoyed reading a good book and studying.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Romilda Waldman, and James LeRoy, Sr. and Willerva Norman. 
 
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2019, with a prayer service beginning at 4:00 p.m., all at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso. Final resting place will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Park in Bonita, California. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Folds of Honor, Department #13, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74182. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
