Brooke Erin Shackelford was born February 6, 1985, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Carl Ray
Shackelford and Bonnie Jeannine Stewart Shackelford. She died Thursday, July 4, 2024, in
Joplin, Missouri, at the young age of 39 years. Brooke completed her entire education in Owasso, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 2003. She spent
most of her professional career in the trucking industry as an accounts payable and receivable
specialist.

Nephew; Silas Shackelford, of Owasso, Oklahoma
Niece; Baylee Collins, of Delaware, Oklahoma
And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Shackelford, paternal grandparents, Art and
Betty Shackelford, maternal grandparents, Jack and Phyllis Stewart, aunt, Jerry Hutton, and
cousin, Adam North.
Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at the Mowery
Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Reverend Kevin Laufer officiating. Final disposition will
