01/23/2017 11:28:18 AM COLLINSVILE, OK – Just before 10:30am Monday morning, a car for unknown reasons, plowed into the Silver Dollar Cafe at 1022 West Main in Collinsville.
Fire/EMS crews on the scene have rescued the middle aged male driver who is being treated at the scene. Comments from bystanders say he may have suffered a medical issue.
The Silver Dollar Facebook page says they do not open until 5pm on Mondays. It is currently unknown if there was anyone else in the building.
Fire and Police are asking you avoid the area at this time.
