Chancy Elizabeth Mullins was born on September 12, 1990, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Larry Wayne Mullins and Linda Kay (Honeycutt) Mullins. She died on Thursday, January 6, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 31 years. Chancy was raised and educated in Owasso, Oklahoma and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 2009. She then went on to attend Community Care College in Tulsa, where she studied to be a medical assistant and studied early childhood development. Chancy spent most of her working life as a yoga instructor. In her spare time, Chancy enjoyed a variety of past times such as yoga, working out, bicycling, fishing, hiking, and camping with her children.

Funeral service 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service.
