Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a personal injury collision occurred November 29th at 5:41am on North 113th East Avenue, .2 miles south of East 174th Street North, 1.5 miles north of Collinsville, Oklahoma in Tulsa County.
A 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle, driven by Joe Richard Blissit, age-53 of Collinsville, was southbound on 113th East Avenue when he struck a deer. The driver laid the motorcycle over and went off the road to the right.
Blisset was transported by Owasso Fire to St John Hospital in Tulsa, where he was admitted with head, trunk internal, arm and leg injuries. He was admitted in good condition.
