David Leo Sandridge, longtime resident of Skiatook, passed from this life on Friday, November 6, 2015 at the age of 61 years. David was born March 27, 1954 in Tulsa to John Floyd and Willie Jo (Adams) Sandridge. He was raised and received his education in Tulsa. On July 8, 1973, he and Jerri A. Hendrix were united in marriage in Tulsa. To this union, two daughters were born. They made their home in Tulsa until moving to Skiatook in 1986. David was the owner of Sandridge Tree Service. He and Jerri attended the Owasso First Assembly of God Church. In his spare time, David enjoyed hunting, fishing and classic car shows, but most important to him was spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm Monday, November 9, 2015 at Mowery Funeral Service. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 10th in the sanctuary of the Owasso First Assembly of God Church with Pastors Robert Brantley, Bruce McCarty and Robert Polvado officiating. Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery at Sperry, OK. Casket bearers are Joe Hendrix, Chris Hendrix, Damon Hendrix, Stephen Hendrix, Jeremy White and Jamie Chalk. Serving as honorary bearers are Ralph Garrison, Jerry White and Jim Chalk. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso. www.moweryfs.com
