Dorothy Lee Deshazo was born January 22, 1928, in Washington County, Ohio, to Reverend Joel Stamper and Lucy Jane Taulbe. She died Monday, September 10, 2018, in Claremore, Oklahoma, at the age of 90 years. Dorothy was married to Dillard Longan who predeceased her in 1982. She was then married to Doc Deshazo who predeceased her in 1984. Dorothy spent most of her working life as a homemaker and caring for her family. She was a longtime faithful member of Rose Lawn Missionary Baptist Church in Tulsa. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including reading and embroidery. She also enjoyed listening to music, especially Southern gospel.

And a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, one brother, Oscar Stamper, and one sister, Ruby Treadway.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday September 16, 2018, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Graveside service and interment will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 17, 2018, at Little Cemetery in Little, Oklahoma with Pastor Rick McVeigh officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
