09/26/2018 – Contractors working for the City of Owasso will begin a fog sealing project on 122nd/123rd between 76th and 86th on Thursday September 27th through Sunday September 30th (WEATHER PERMITTING).
FOG sealing is a process of applying fresh oil to the roadway to seal it from moisture. Please DO NOT drive into fresh oil. FOLLOW road signs and WATCH for flagmen; expect delays and detours. AVOID the area if possible.
