Many of you have called our office regarding the dead fish at the pond at Elm Creek Park. We took a little drive and have spoken with Elishya Cook at the Parks Department. They were aware and had already started the clean up process, yesterday. They are looking into it and discussing options but believe this is just an occurrence of nature due to the quick influx of oxygen following the heavy rainfall we had a couple days ago since oxygen levels were low along with the water levels prior to the rain. So far no ducks or turtles have been affected, therefore they are not suspecting anything else at this time.
