Jack Fred English was born September 9, 1945 in Stilwell, Oklahoma, to Carthel Jack English and Freda Louise (Goodwin) Chuculate. He died Friday, May 20, 2016, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, at the age of 70 years. Jack was educated in Tulsa and was a graduate of Central High School. He married Mary Louise Cruz on March 25, 1963 at the Courthouse in Claremore, Oklahoma. Jack spent most of his working life in Foundry Sales, working for himself at J and M Equipment and Supply. His main hobby was fighting his beloved Gamecocks and Jack spent all of his spare time training them.

Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 27, 2016, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Carney officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
