Jamie Renee Williams, resident of Owasso, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014 at her home. She was 34 years of age. Jamie was born December 30, 1979 in Chickasha, OK to Floyd and Diana (Fitzpatrick) Taylor. She graduated from Edmond Memorial High School. On January 8, 2002, Jamie and Tony Allen Williams were united in marriage at Vernon, Texas. Because of Tony’s military service, they lived in Ft. Eustis, Virginia until moving to Owasso six years ago. Jamie had been the general manager at a fitness gym before recently going to work for Christian Brothers Automotive. She attended Discovery Bible Church. Jamie enjoyed crafts, her work and her boys.
Those that survive include her husband Tony; sons Bailey Williams and Bryce Riggan Williams; Mother Diana Thurmond of Altus, OK; Siblings – Christy Thurmond of Altus and Jeremy Fitzpatrick of Edmond, OK. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews; Mother & Father in law Lonnie and Patsy Williams of Owasso and sister in law Dorinda Oestreich and husband Bret also of Owasso.
Visitation for Jamie will be Monday, December 29th from 4-8 at Mowery Funeral Service and a celebration of her life will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 30, 2014 in the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Glenn Krispense officiating. The family has requested memorial contributions be made in Jamie’s memory to either: Owasso Animal Shelter, 500 South Main Street, Owasso, OK 74055 or to Ward-Wiseman Animal Haven, PO Box 795, Collinsville, OK 74021.
