John Christopher Logsdon was born on October 19, 1984, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Donna Marie (Angelo) Logsdon and Roy Kevin Logsdon. He passed from this life on Thursday, June 24, 2021, in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 36 years. John was raised and educated in Owasso, Oklahoma until the seventh grade and moved to Sherman, Texas, where he graduated with the Sherman High School Class of 2002. After high school John enlisted and served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed at the 8th and I Marine Barracks in Washington D.C. where he served on the Presidential Guard Squad. John had a big heart and a passion for helping the homeless in various communities. In his spare time, he enjoyed a variety of past times such as ministering to others, playing guitar, and reading, but most of all he loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rosemary, and grandfather, Roy.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 15th, 2022, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Bishop Doug Kessler officiating.
