Juanita Marie Rumple was born November 17, 1937, in Owasso, Oklahoma, to Fred Arlando Turner and Hazel Cornelia Crumpton Turner. She died Wednesday, December 18, 2024, in Catoosa, Oklahoma, at the age of 87 years. Juanita was raised in Owasso where she completed her high school education. She spent much of her working life in the banking industry as a loan officer. Juanita was a strong woman of faith and was active at Dogwood Chapel in Eucha, Oklahoma, for many years. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including crocheting, needlepoint, and especially quilting. She also enjoyed canning and cooking for her friends and church family. Juanita even kept chickens for the fresh eggs. Juanita was an avid rodeo fan and knew many of the bull riders. She dearly loved her family and was affectionately known as “Grandma” to her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Tillis Lymon Rumple I, sons, Edward Tillis Lymon Rumple II and Dwayne Harris Rumple, sister, Shirley Allen, and brother, Bobbie Lee Turner.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 23, 2024, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Lonnie Martin officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be James Rumple, Tim Ritberger, Matthew Spiegel, Shaun Roberts, Declan Ritberger, Aydan Ritberger, and Kyle Roberts. Committal service and interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Owasso.
