Kenneth Wade Dugan, JR, longtime resident of Owasso, passed from this life on Monday evening October 6, 2014 at the age of 67 years, 10 months and 4 days. Kenneth was born December 2, 1946 in Tulsa to Kenneth Wade and Mary Lee (Wilson) Dugan, SR. He was raised and received his education in Tulsa, graduating from Central High School. On December 30, 1968, Kenneth and Karen Sue Harrison were united in marriage at Miami, OK. To this union, a son Jack was born. Kenneth worked as a warehouse manager for Holly refinery for many years. Karen preceded him in death in October of 1996. On April 3, 2009, Kenneth and Linda Cherry were united in marriage. Kenneth has made his home in Owasso since 1971. He was an avid camper and enjoyed NASCAR races.
Those that survive and hold many cherished memories include his wife – Linda, of the home; son Jack Dugan and wife Tammy of Owasso; two step daughters – Kelly Jack and husband Pete of Tahlequah and Michelle Schwartz and husband Robb of Owasso; two grandchildren Kali Dawn Dugan, Brandon Warren Dugan; two step grandchildren Brook Lynn Schwartz and Brandon Fountain. Also surviving are two brothers – Ron Dugan and wife Lynn of Mannford, OK and Garry Dugan and wife Juanita of Cleveland, as well as nephews and nieces. Besides his first wife Karen, Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be Thursday, October 9, 2014 in the Chapel of Mowery Funeral Service with Johnny Littrell officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso. www.moweryfs.com
