Man hit by car running from Owasso Police
3/01/2018 – Owasso Police say a man suspected of auto burglary is in critical condition this morning after he was hit by a truck while running from officers.
Just before 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, dispatchers received a call stating that someone was breaking into vehicles near 8th and Cedar.
When police arrived, a foot chase ensued, and the suspect attempted to run across 86th Street North, and was hit by a pickup.
He was transferred by Owasso Medics emergency status to a Tulsa hospital.
