05/22/2023 – Incident: Armed Robbery at QuikTrip located at the intersection of 116th St N and 137 E Ave (State Highway 20 and US169).
A store clerk at QuikTrip was confronted by an individual carrying a black handgun at 2:26 AM. The suspect, dressed entirely in black with a face covering and hood, demanded money from the register. The robber had a red backpack and made their escape in a dark colored sedan parked at a nearby fast-food restaurant.
Authorities are currently reviewing video footage from nearby businesses to gather more information. If clearer images or videos become available, the Owasso Police will provide updates.
It’s important to note that the amount of money taken was minimal, as QuikTrip does not keep significant sums in their registers.
