Nathan Michael Rosa was born March 7, 1993, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Mike and MaryAnn (Ciolli) Rosa. He died July 31, 2013, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 20 years. Nathan was reared and educated in Owasso and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 2011. He was currently attending the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, Oklahoma where he was studying Cyber Security and Cyber Forensics. He had attended church at St. Henry’s Catholic Church and LifeChurch.tv in Owasso. He was an Eagle Scout with Troop 18 and had also achieved the level of Black belt in Karate. Nathan enjoyed a variety of pastimes, most all that involve being outdoors or working with his hands. This included fishing, hunting, especially duck hunting, riding motorcycles and four-wheelers, and wake boarding. He also enjoyed drawing and most importantly, spending time with his family.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 4, 2013, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 5, 2013, at LifeChurch in Owasso with Pastor Tim Doremus officiating along with Nick Rosa and Dave Herdman. Serving as casket bearers will be Nicholas Rosa, Andrew Rosa, John Rosa, Michael Rosa, John Ciolli, Jimmy Ciolli, and Matt Carson. Committal services and interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Owasso. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Brandon Magalassi Memorial Scholarship Foundation, 13800 East 106th Street North, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
