The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued an accident report on the fatality collision that occurred in Owasso Sunday Morning at 76th Street North and Mingo just before 10:00am.

A reported stolen 2004 Dodge Ram driven by Blake L. Ferguson, 32 of Owasso was traveling northbound on Mingo at a high rate of speed, being pursued by Law Enforcement.   A 2012 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Etoyce Johnson, 64 of Owasso was traveling westbound on 76th Street North.  Ferguson impacted Johnson causing both vehicles to exit the roadway to the north side of the 76th Street North.  Johnson was pinned for approximately 20 minutes and was extricated by members of Owasso Fire Department.  

Johnson was pronounced at the hospital by medical staff from massive injuries. Ferguson was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital, treated and released. 

Seatbelts were equipped and in use.
