12/12/2017 – The City of Owasso has announced the float entry winners from Saturday’s Christmas Parade. They read as follows:
- Theme Award goes to- Releve Performing Arts The Theme Award is given to the parade entry that best displays the theme, this year’s theme was “A Polar Express Christmas.”
- Craftsman Award goes to –Keller Williams The Craftsman Award is given to the parade entry that displayed spectacular craftsmanship in creating their float.
- Performance Award goes to – Golden Dragon Taekwondo The Performance Award is given to the parade entry that shows outstanding performance in engaging the crowd.
- Creativity Award goes to – The Bartlesville Fun Addicts The Creativity Award is given to the parade entry who used the most creativity in creating their float or vehicle and making it unique.
- Spirit Award goes to- Chinowth and Cohen Realtors The Spirit Award is given to the parade entry that showed true spirt, both in unity with their team as well as the parade theme spirit.
- Community Spirit Award goes to- Cub Scout Pack 835 The Community Spirit Award is given to the parade entry that engages a large cross-section of members who represent the philosophy and nature of what Owasso stands for.
- The Hope Award goes to – St. Henry Catholic Church The Hope Award is given to the parade entry which displays the wonder of Christmas; through childlike faith and the belief that the Spirit of Christmas lies within all of us.
