05/29/2020 – Owasso Eagle Scout, Kobi Chapman had an idea for a project he wanted to do in conjunction with the Owasso VFW. 
Kobi’s idea was to provide a place for people to drop off tattered American flags, to be honorably retired by the VFW.
With help from the VFW and other area businesses, his project is now complete.
The drop off location is a mailbox style collection container, which has been placed on South Cedar between the Owasso Community Center and Owasso Fire Station 2.
Great job Kobi, and to everyone else involved.
