10/28/2018 – This year, the kitten intake at Owasso Feline Rescue has skyrocketed, but their donations are not keeping up.
Adoptions are at a stand still and they are full to capacity in every foster home they have. They have numerous cats that are ready for good homes, and are hoping you can help.
Needed donations can be dropped off at PetSmart with the manager on duty during normal business hours. You can also give them directly to an Owasso Feline Rescue volunteer on Saturday or Sunday during adoption hours (12 to 5) at PetSmart. While you are there, meet some of their furry friends that need a forever home.
Needed items:
- Litter: Scoop away or Fresh Step clumpy
- Canned food: Friskies chicken or turkey pate with extra gravy
- Bagged food: Pro Plan chicken and rice, Pro Plan weight control, Kitten Chow, Iams kitten, Iams cat
- Cleaning items: paper towels, 8 gallon trash bags, Clorox bleach, new or gently used bath towels
- Misc: monetary donations for vaccinations and vet care
