12/12/2017 – Today, the Owasso/Collinsville McDonald’s located at 11604 North 135th Street North began testing the “Archburger”. They are one of only seven stores across the nation to test the new item. Whether YOU like it or not, will determine if it will be added to the McDonald’s menu nation wide.
The first thing you will notice is the bun is different than most of their burgers. The smaller size burger is made with a soft, fresh potato bun. There are three options for the burger, a regular Archburger, Bacon Archburger and an Archburger L&T.
The standard Archburger base is Potato bun, fresh (never frozen) beef cooked when you order, cheese, onion, pickle and Arch Sauce. The Price? $2.19 . The Archburger L&T simply adds lettuce and tomato. The Archbuger with bacon – adds bacon to the standard burger. It is the most expensive one of the group, economically priced at $2.89 .
The Arch sauce is a combination of Mayo and Mustard along with other ingredients not released.
We taste tested each of the new burgers today, and I can honestly say “I’m Lovin’ It.”
