An Owasso man was arrested Wednesday morning on charges alleging that he sexually abused a young girl over a two year period.
Chester Earl Browning, 37 of Owasso was charged with three counts of sexually abusing a child under the age of 12.
District Judge William Musseman issued a warrant for his arrest Tuesday. Owasso Police arrested him at his residence Wednesday morning. He is currently being booked at the Owasso Police Department, then will be transfered to the Tulsa County Jail.
Documents show the child was 7 when the abuse began.
His bail is set at $150,000
