02/25/2019•12:33:11 – Owasso police arrest man after a woman reported her brother had strangled her.
Owasso Police were called to a residence in the area of 8900 North 133rd East Avenue at Saturday, February 23rd around 6:45 pm, after a woman called to report her brother had strangled her.
During a verbal argument with her brother, she reported he put his hands around her throat and pressed on her windpipe twice. This caused her difficulty breathing. After investigating, police arrest Max V Chrisman, 61 of Owasso.
Chrisman was booked on the following charges:
